The samples in the es-BANK are available only for scientific study.

How to request for archived samples

(1)  Contact
First, please send an e-mail (es-bank@agr.ehime-u.ac.jp) to confirm whether the samples that you want to use are available. When you send the e-mail, please tell us the following information, your name, affiliation, purpose of use (research objective), and how much weight (each sample) you need.

(2)  Application
After you receive a reply from the es-Bank in-charge, please fill up Form E-1 (Agreement for Utilization of Specimens) and send two hard copies of the form to es-Bank. Additonally, please write the requirements in Form E-2 (Sample Application Form), and send us the same with Form E-1. You may download the forms from the links below. 

(3)  Provision of samples
If your request is accepted, the samples will be sent to you with a copy of the Agreement form signed by the leader of es-Bank.

(4)  Receipt
After you use the samples, please send us a Form E-3 (Return Confirmation Form). Please do not fill in the column: Remaining weight.
