The samples in the es-BANK are available only for scientific study. But, we can't send the samples to foreign countries.
How to request for archived samples

After you receive a reply from the LaMer in-charge, please fill up Form E-3 (Agreement for Utilization of Specimens) and send two hard copies of the form to es-Bank. Additionally, please write the requirements in Form E-4 (Sample Application Form) and Form E-5 (Return Confirmation Form), and send us the same with Form E-3. But, please keep the ‘Remaining weight’ column of the Form E-5 blank. You may download the forms from the links below.
(3) Provision of samples
It is decided that an applicant performs the cutting work of samples in es-BANK as a general rule. Please confer with us when it is difficult. The samples will be sent to you with a copy of the Agreement form signed by the leader of es-Bank.
